Augmented Reality Tactical Interface Module (ARTIM) is an intelligent battery pack for Thermoteknix Augmented Reality (AR) and Fusion products.
ARTIM delivers heads-up situational awareness to the equipped user during outdoor on-the-move operations.
ARTIM features a Thermoteknix proprietary AR processor and embedded smart computer with GPS providing ultra low latency 60Hz update rate with zero lag.
ARTIM tracks the user location and direction of sight, delivering a real-time AR overlay to the user and integrates with ATAK and a variety of other Battle Management Systems (BMS). Internal data storage enables operation with or without connection to End User Device (EUD)
Functionality
Configurable either on EUD or AR display device using intuitive multi function control wheel.
ARTIM displays the following real-time information from BMS:
- Markers
- Routes (waypoints)
- Team members (blue force tracking)
- Live BMS video feed from connected sensors, such as UAV or target location device either as Picture-in-Picture or full screen formats
- Sends thermal video from ClipIR XD or FNVG-AR to BMS which can be shared with other operators across network

ARTIM 8x AA batteries providing up to 24 hours of battery life
ARTIM-MINI 4x AA batteries providing up to 12 hours of battery life
ARTIM can also be powered via external power sources

ENHANCED SITUATIONAL AWARENESS
ARTIM can be operated as a connected and integrated system with existing Battle Management Systems (BMS) such as ATAK or FACNAV Mobile. It can pull data from communication networks including LTE or data enabled MANET radios. This allows for real-time video streaming in or out, blue force tracking, markers and route data.
FLEXIBLE USE
ARTIM can be operated as stand-alone with pre-loaded mission data such as routes, asset locations and other task related information. Alternatively it can be connected to an end user device (EUD) for live updates and wider communication with your team.
